Event Synopsis:

Ahead of Unilever’s 2025 Scale Event, we produced an exclusive behind-the-scenes media experience at the Unilever Research & Development facility in Trumbull, Connecticut — offering an intimate look into the science, creativity, and innovation driving the company’s beauty and personal care portfolio.

In collaboration with Edelman, the one-day experience brought together 30+ top media editors and dermatologists for an immersive preview of Unilever’s 2025 product innovations across brands including Dove, Degree, SheaMoisture, TRESemmé, and Vaseline.

The day began with a curated welcome brunch and keynote presentation, followed by hands-on demonstrations, intimate Q&A sessions with brand scientists, and a guided tour through the Unilever Pilot Plant — where guests witnessed innovation in motion. The experience culminated in a custom Dove Beauty Bar workshop, allowing attendees to personalize and assemble their own bars as a keepsake — a tactile representation of the brand’s craftsmanship and dedication to detail.

As the day concluded, guests were surprised with a reveal moment announcing Sedona, Arizona as the destination for Unilever’s 2026 Annual Scale Event — building anticipation for the next chapter of the company’s innovation story.

• Guest Experience: Designed seamless flow of programming, hospitality, and media engagement
• Creative Direction: Ensured visual and experiential brand alignment across signage, florals, and displays
• Budget & Vendor Management: Led contracting, fabrication, and catering partners from ideation to delivery
