Roberto Morean was born in Caracas, Venezuela on November 18th, 1994. In 2000, he moved to Miami, Florida where he grew up and attended Palmer Trinity School.


Roberto moved to New York City to study Musical Theater at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, in the New Studio on Broadway. For his final senior semester, Roberto studied at Stonestreet Studios to focus on the techniques of acting on film. Roberto graduated from the New York University (NYU) after receiving the Presidents Service Award, and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama with a concentration in Musical Theater.

In 2018, Roberto made his Broadway debut in "Harvey Fierstein’s Torch Song”. Aditionaly, Roberto was recently seen on TV in FBI on CBS, the CW’s “Black Lightning”, and on HBO Max's "The Flight Attendant" starring The Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco, and has filmed multiple national and international commercials throughout the last 15 years. Roberto starred in the New York City Premier of “Blue Stockings” as Will Bennett in the NYU MainStage in 2016 and has also performed in iconic venues in New York City including 54 Below, The Green Room 42, Rockwood, Skirball, Motel23 Playbill, and more. 


In addition to performing, Roberto works very closely with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. In October 2014, Roberto was diagnosed with Stage 2 Hodgkins Lymphoma. Fortunately, on January 15th, 2015, Roberto entered remission. Since then, he has committed himself to doing as much as he can to raise essential funds and awareness to end blood cancers by combining his love of the arts with his philanthropic endeavors. Roberto has hosted various events and galas for LLS including the 2016-2021 Man and Woman of the Year Gala’s at the New York Plaza and at Capitale, The National Man and Woman of the Year Awards Ceremony at Harrahs in Atlantic City, he opened for Robin Thicke at the 2017 Light the Night Ceremony at the Summer Stages in Central Park and more.


Additionally, Roberto also created his own benefit- "Raise Your Voice: A Cabaret for a Cure” which featured Broadway and Television stars performing alongside Broadway’s rising stars which raised over $40,000, cumulatively. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Roberto created and produced a virtual fundraiser to raise money for LLS. The event featured stars like Matthew Morrison, Griffin Mathews, Michael Urie, Moises Kaufman, Randy Graff, and more, and raised over $11,000. Rob is currently a member of Society Ties, the young professionals board at LLS, and the Emerging Leadership Council at the Ali Forney Center.

In 2015, Rob began producing and creative directing events which led him to establish Rob Morean Creatives. RMC is a creative agency that focuses on experiential events and production, creative direction and consulting for corporate, entertainment, and non-profit organizations. RMC uses the strength of storytelling, SFX, and the power of imagination to communicate the brand’s mission through relevant, inclusive and forward-thinking storytelling. In 2023, Rob ran for the 2023 NYC Visionaries of the Year. The culmination of his efforts came to fruition on May 12, 2023, as his work through the Jay Porter Fellowship and the Visionaries of the Year Campaign concluded. The collective efforts raised over $80,000 for LLS in a mere 10 weeks, and he was honored to receive the inaugural LLS Advocacy Award for continuously showing dedication to LLS’s policy and advocacy efforts.

In addition to acting, Rob is a producer at United Entertainment Group, a turnkey entertainment, lifestyle and sports agency in the DJE Holdings portfolio. Rob is a Senior Manager of Brand Experiences, and works with brands such as Unilever, BMW, eBay, Ghirardelli, TJ Maxx, and more producing brand activations across various industries around the world.
