Designed to authentically meet environmentally conscious tastemakers where they already spend their Sundays, the experience highlighted fresh, sustainable ingredients and celebrated local artisans and farmers—transforming a beloved weekend market into a vibrant expression of the brand’s purpose and community connection.

Event Highlights
• Custom Latte Bar featuring hair-healthy ingredients for an indulgent yet educational moment.
• Local Marketplace spotlighting sustainable hair accessories and handmade goods from LA-based vendors.
• Sensorial Airstream Experience immersing guests in the scents and ingredients of Love Beauty & Planet’s newest product lines.
• Product Sampling & Takeaways showcasing full product assortments for trial and social sharing.

• Executive Producer — Led creative development, design, and full-scale production of the activation.
• Program Development — Curated a sustainability-focused experience spotlighting local artisans and agricultural partners.
• Partnership Lead — Secured and managed collaboration with Melrose Trading Post to authentically reach the brand’s target audience.
• Budget Lead — Oversaw all vendor relationships, budgets, and production logistics from concept through execution.
• Onsite Lead — Directed event build, guest experience, and real-time social storytelling to ensure flawless execution.
