Event Synopsis:

eBay set out to create an immersive pop-up experience to drive awareness and education around The eBay Vault, the brand’s innovative platform for securely storing and trading high-value collectibles. The activation was designed to bridge the worlds of fandom and investment—highlighting rare MLB trading cards while offering guests an interactive, tech-driven experience that brought the Vault to life.

Guests explored museum-style displays of exclusive, high-value cards and participated in a live MLB Card Draft, where they could select cards in real time while learning about the authentication and storage process. Through strategic storytelling and interactive design, the experience positioned eBay as a trusted leader in the future of sports collectibles.

Highlights Included:

• Rare Card Displays – A curated showcase of high-value MLB trading cards presented in an elevated, museum-inspired environment.
• Interactive Draft Experience – Guests participated in a live MLB card draft, creating an engaging and competitive moment of discovery.
• Immersive Brand Storytelling – The activation seamlessly integrated eBay Vault’s core message—security, authenticity, and access—through visual and experiential design.
• Social Content Opportunities – Every touchpoint was crafted for shareability, extending awareness beyond the footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-Producer: Oversaw all aspects of event production, creative execution, and on-site management.
• Client & Vendor Management: Directed cross-functional teams, including AV partner Miles Teller, to ensure flawless integration of the live draft experience.
• Guest Experience: Curated an environment that balanced education, entertainment, and brand storytelling to drive engagement and advocacy.
