This immersive sneaker pop-up brought sneaker culture to life in the heart of Los Angeles through an unexpected, experience-first retail concept. Guests were invited to purchase rare collectible sneakers at a discounted rate—but with one twist: they had to wear them out of the store.
The activation blended culture, commerce, and creativity, transforming a simple purchase into an unforgettable moment. By merging the exclusivity of sneaker collecting with the playfulness of real-world interaction, the experience invited guests to engage physically and socially with the brand, sparking organic buzz and shareable content moments.
Highlights Included:
• Terrain Path Experience – Guests exited the pop-up through a path of dirt, rocks, grass, and clay, creating a tactile, unforgettable way to “break in” their new sneakers.
• Exclusive Access – First-ever in-person opportunity to view and purchase rare, collectible sneakers typically available only online.
• Social Sharing Moments – Guests documented and shared their journey across social media, driving viral engagement and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Co-Producer: Led overall production and execution of the experiential pop-up from planning through launch.
• On-Site Operations Lead: Oversaw guest flow, terrain path management, inventory tracking, and staff coordination.
• Creative Collaboration: Worked closely with creative teams to develop an immersive environment aligned with brand identity.
• Vendor & Logistics Management: Managed production partners, logistics, and day-of operations to ensure flawless delivery.
